Lilli Ellen is our highly accomplished Executive Chef. With over two decades of experience in the food service industry, Lilli hails from El Dorado and has cultivated a deep passion for the culinary arts. Her journey began in 2003 behind the deli counter at La Bella's, where her adoration for the food industry blossomed. Lilli's impressive qualifications include a technical certificate in clinical and community nutrition from City College in San Francisco, California, as well as her alumni status from the esteemed Culinary Institute of America in San Antonio, Texas in 2014. From 2019 to 2023, she took the helm as the pilot and director of the Culinary Arts program at South Arkansas College. Lilli's expertise lies in house-made charcuterie and Asian street food. In her own words, she expresses her excitement, stating, "It is a true delight to be a part of this stunning environment where I can cater to a community I hold dear. I eagerly anticipate welcoming guests to Mystic Grill and acquainting them with our exceptional cuisine and southern hospitality."
